Devin’s unlimited and positive encouragements have taken me to places I can’t remember ever being. My exercise program was tailored just for me and has become a constant in my life. I am stronger, more energetic and I feel better overall. In addition to the exercise, in December 2016, I decided to become vegan. Again, Devin guided my diet and patiently answered every question I had. I thought I felt better after a few years of exercise. When I became vegan, it took my health to yet another level.
I had fibro myalgia for 8 years and it diminished and finally went away after 1 year of being vegan. This commitment was also highly evident in my cholesterol levels. Thank you Devin.

I can’t say enough about the caring customer service that Devin provides all his boot campers.  It goes above and beyond.  He cares if you meet your goals and pushes you when you think you have nothing more to give.  I have a whole new out look on my crazy, non-stop life.  I never thought I would be able to balance work, kids, a business, and a household.   D-N-A makes it possible.  They come to me.  How easy is that.

Ben has been a master motivator for our boot camp group!  His excellent communication while I was trying to set up our group made it much easier for me to set it all up with my friends.  The boot camp sessions are exactly what I need them to be; motivating!
There are a lot of things about Boot Camp with D-N-A Fit and Ben Perry that I like.  One is the convenience to my house.  Another thing I love about boot camp is the accountability Ben requires with attendance, diet, and of course, the exercise.  Lastly, I LOVE the fact that I do not have to memorize some routine, or decide what I should do next in a workout; I just have to listen to what he tells me to do.  Makes it much easier and more time effective too.

When I started the boot camp, my goal was not to lose weight, but to tone up.  After only six weeks, I went from 17% to 12.5% body fat.  With Devin’s training and support, I know I will reach my goals.  Devin’s training extends beyond the workouts; he is changing our lifestyles.  I eat healthier, which affects more than my waistline.  I always look forward to the workouts – they are fun and I always wonder, “What will Devin make us do today?”

I’ve taken part in many fitness classes and programs over the years, but none as challenging and fun as D-N-A Fit’s boot camp program.  I’ve been a part of the program for almost 1 1/2 years, which is the longest I’ve stayed committed to any fitness program.  Devin is passionate about fitness and helping his clients achieve their personal fitness goals.  His classes are energetic and he keeps them interesting by constantly adding new challenges.  I’m in better shape overall than I have been in 20 years, and I’ve had great results.  I highly recommend D-N-A Fit!

Thanks to Ben Perry and D-N-A Fit I am in the best shape of my life. I feel so healthy and strong! I love the outdoor workouts and the fact that I don’t have to plan out my exercise. Hey, it’s Sharon from Florida. Remember the one who “officially had her butt kicked”…….. twice. I didn’t realize just how out of shape I had become until I met you. I’m watching The  Biggest Loser and Bob just said something that reminded me of you. He said that after a person does the last chance workout with him, they feel like they can handle anything else that comes along. Well, I didn’t have Bob, but I did have you. So after working out with you I can handle anything.
I am trying to do the mile. Right now I run and walk.  We bought the gloves and pads and have been doing the boxing as well.
So, I started back to my exercise class this week. I didn’t complain once (imagine that). Even when Paula called for us to do an exercise that I always hated and complained about. She kept looking in my direction, I guess waiting for me to vocalize my displeasure. I just smiled and did it because I promised myself after working out with you I wouldn’t complain about anything Paula made me do. Of course after the class was over I had to explain it all to her.
I have had two classes so far this week (and I didn’t throw up either time) and have paid for the month. So thanks for the kick in the butt! I needed it!

I started D-N-A FIT boot camp because my friend, Tina told me about it.  I’m a person who needs just a little motivation, but I’ll do it!  Ben is an awesome instructor and pushes us to do our best each time.  The class has toned my body (my abs and arms never looked better!).  I enjoy the variety of exercises.  It’s always something new and challenging.  I’m on my 3rd boot camp session and can’t imagine my life without it!  HOO-RAH!!  D-N-A FIT ROCKS!

I thought that I would let you know that I can feel the difference in my upper body strength. It has been an effort to hold myself upright in good posture when I walk for exercise. I feel less of a burden to walk with my head up and my shoulders back.  My ribcage always seemed to be so heavy and curved forward and now I feel a relief.  I have always wanted to have good posture and it is beginning to be a reality that I did not count on before I joined the boot camp. What a bonus I received!  Your constant reminder and review really helps me to make better decisions on eating nutritious and healthy. I am so proud when I fill up on whole nutritious foods as oppose to giving in to old cravings that lack nutrition and have so much preservatives and additives. You are making a difference in my life.
