I have a passion for fitness and helping clients reach their fitness goals. It is exciting for me to share the small steps my clients make to achieve the big ones. I’ve had clients lose 100’s of pounds though out the years however, one particular individual managed to greatly change her lifestyle making better choices to reach her goals over a 100lb and is still fit today. She avoided knee surgery and was able to go on a Disney cruise with her family. They were the ones having a hard time keeping up with her! I had another client who was a self-professed couch potato. Now she loves to exercise, yoga, Zumba, Pilates, strength training and even participated in PT day at USAA! She is amazing and makes me feel the same.

I have taught aerobics, strength and conditioning, Pilates, yoga, water fitness and balance classes. I also have taught with the Silver Sneakers program in San Antonio reaching out to the senior population helping them to lead a more active lifestyle.

I also am a 2nd degree black belt in Karate and have taught self-defense classes along with lectures to students at SA Christian School.

I love to run and have run numerous half marathon’s here in SA and Minnesota where I lived for 10 years. My husband and I love the outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting anything that gets us outside!
